We schedule by location and type of service needed. We will review all requests for service appointments each night when our irrigation contractor, Adam, has the schedule in front of him.

We will contact you by email the following business day with the availability for your specific service request, or answer to your question.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide at minimum 48 hours notice so we may adjust our schedule accordingly.
We have a missed appointment fee of $125 when an appropriate notice of cancellation is not given ($50 for backflow repair or certification appointments).  This also includes visits where Adam is unable to complete the scheduled service due to failure to provide access to the irrigation controller, or failure to leave the backflow preventer out for the service visit.
